Delete it yourself (right away)

1. Go to usapetgroomingpro.us.com and sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before.
2. Choose Delete my account.
3. Tick the confirmation box and choose Delete permanently.

Or ask us to delete it

Email usapetgroomingsalon@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", call (832) 728-3198 or ask at the salon. We may verify that the account is yours first. We complete these requests within 30 days and confirm when they are done. You do not need an account to ask us to delete the data we hold about you.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile
• Your pets and their details
• Your notification preferences and consents
• Your community membership and posts
• Your notifications and support requests

What we keep

We keep the appointment, service and payment records that tax and business law requires, no longer linked to your account, and a record that a deletion happened that does not identify you. We delete those records when the legal period ends.

Deleting your account does not cancel an appointment that is already booked. Please call us to cancel.

1. Entra en usapetgroomingpro.us.com e inicia sesión con la misma cuenta de Google o Apple que usaste.
2. Elige Eliminar mi cuenta.
3. Marca la casilla de confirmación y elige Eliminar para siempre.

O pídenos que la eliminemos

Escribe a usapetgroomingsalon@gmail.com con el asunto "Eliminar mi cuenta", llama al (832) 728-3198 o pídelo en el salón. Podemos comprobar primero que la cuenta es tuya. Completamos estas solicitudes en un plazo de 30 días y te avisamos cuando estén hechas. No necesitas una cuenta para pedirnos que borremos los datos que tenemos sobre ti.

Qué se borra

• Tu acceso y tu perfil
• Tus mascotas y sus datos
• Tus preferencias de avisos y tus consentimientos
• Tu membresía y tus publicaciones en la comunidad
• Tus avisos y solicitudes de ayuda

Qué guardamos

Guardamos los registros de citas, servicios y pagos que exigen las leyes fiscales y comerciales, ya sin relación con tu cuenta, y una constancia de que hubo un borrado que no te identifica. Los borramos cuando termina el plazo legal.

Eliminar tu cuenta no cancela una cita ya reservada. Llámanos para cancelarla.

您的登录信息、个人资料、宠物、偏好设置、同意记录和社区帖子将被删除。我们只保留法律要求的预约、服务和付款记录，且不再与您的账户关联。删除账户不会取消已预约的服务。
