About these terms

These Terms apply to the website of Aurora Luxe Pet Grooming LLC, doing business as USA Pet Grooming ("we", "us"), a dog grooming salon at 26717 Westheimer Parkway, Unit 1301, Katy, TX 77494, USA. Grooming itself is covered by the Pet Grooming Service Agreement, and personal information by the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to create an account or request a booking.

How you agree

You agree to these Terms by ticking a checkbox when you create your account and again each time you send a booking request. We record the version, the language and the time of your acceptance.

The website is free

There is no sign-up fee and no subscription. Browsing, creating or restoring a profile and joining the community cost nothing. No online payments or deposits are taken at present. Any future deposit or prepayment would require the owners' approval and an update to these documents.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Apple, or a one-time code sent by email or phone. The website does not store passwords. Keep your email, phone and sign-in accounts under your control, give accurate information, and tell us if someone else may have accessed your profile.

Customers of the salon previously operated as USA Pet Grooming may reclaim their earlier record by proving control of the email or mobile number on it, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Booking requests

The website sends a booking request. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment and is not a reserved slot. An appointment is confirmed only when the salon's booking system confirms it. There is no waiting list. Changes and cancellations are covered by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Prices and taxes

Prices shown as "starting at" are starting prices. The final price depends on your pet's size, coat condition, matting, behavior and parasites. Prices do not include Texas sales tax, which is added at the salon.

Notifications

We send notifications by email, and by text message only where you opted in and a provider is in place. Times are shown in Central Time (America/Chicago). See the Messaging Consent.

Community, your content and reviews

The USA Pet Lovers Community is free, optional and for adults aged 18 or older. The Community Rules and the Moderation and Reporting Policy apply. You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in the community, and that license ends when you delete the content.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to post honest reviews about us anywhere. We may invite customers to leave a review on Google. We do not pay for reviews or reward them, and invitations are not limited to satisfied customers.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the website infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: [DMCA AGENT NAME AND CONTACT — TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE U.S. COPYRIGHT OFFICE].

The notice must identify your work and the content, give your contact details, state your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized and that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and be signed.
We remove content named in a valid notice and tell the member who posted it, who may send a counter-notice to the same agent. We may then restore it as the law allows.
We close the community access of members who infringe repeatedly.

Images and videos on the website

Our brand imagery and short service videos show a virtual model and scenes generated with AI. They are illustrative and not a guarantee of any grooming outcome. See the AI-Generated Content Notice.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access another person's profile or records.
Do not interfere with the website, its security or its verification steps.
Do not use the website for unlawful, abusive or misleading purposes.

We may suspend access when these Terms are broken.

Limitation of liability

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT TEXAS LAW ALLOWS, USA PET GROOMING IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR ANY RIGHT THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER TEXAS LAW.

THE RELEASE THAT APPLIES TO GROOMING SERVICES IS IN THE PET GROOMING SERVICE AGREEMENT, NOT HERE.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas. Either side may instead use the local justice (small claims) court.

Nothing in these Terms waives any right that cannot be waived under Texas law. They do not waive your consumer protection rights or shorten the time the law gives you to bring a claim.

Changes

We will post changes here and notify account holders at least [NOTICE PERIOD — ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM; 30 days suggested] before they take effect. Changes apply only going forward, and equally to you and to us. They never apply to bookings already requested or to disputes that already arose.

Translations

We provide translations for your convenience. If a translation and the English version conflict, the English version controls to the extent the law allows.
